1. About Free Shipping
Our Free Shipping offer refers to Free UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost® & UPS Ground according to package's weight and dimension, when you enter any address within the 48 states (no P.O.Box address), excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
2. Shipping Policy
2-1. Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are scheduled to be processed the same business day if your payment is completed by 12PM PST/2:00PM CST/ 3:00PM EST. Due to high volume, we are not able to guarantee same-day shipping, however we will try our best to fulfill your order by the following business day.
International packages are scheduled to be processed within 2 business days, as we need to verify your payment details.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major U.S holidays, will ship on the following business day. We may ship each product separately from different warehouses, as we utilize alternative warehouses across the Continental United States.
Most orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail; Post office Box addresses (PO Boxes) are not accepted. Very small or light orders are shipped First Class mail in padded envelopes or small boxes. This ensures that they will fit into your mailbox. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is used for larger or heavier packages. Delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-4 business days, however delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time for First Class mail is 2-7 business days. Please note that these are delivery times after your order has shipped. See above for questions regarding actual processing time.

2-2. Non Domestic Orders
Currently, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited® for international shipping to Canada, Mexico and the rest of world.
For orders shipping to Canada & Mexico, your order will normally ship within three business days after we verify your payment details. You will receive a tracking # when the order ships and may take up to 3-7 business days for delivery, provided that it's cleared by customs. Insurance is covered for all international shipments. Customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier.
For orders shipping to the rest of the world, your order also will be shipped within 3 business days after your payment detail verification. Yescom USA is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment (Custom clearance handling fees and/or Duty fees).
3. Local Pickup Service
Local Pickup is now available in our City of Industry, CA location. Before coming, contact us first at 1-888-823-9222 during our normal business hours. We have multiple warehouses and will need to check on inventory availability first. After confirming, we will be able to assist you on placing a new order for pick up. For local pickup orders, the shipping address will be the same as your billing address by default. We appreciate your understanding.
Here is how it works:
- During checkout, select the delivery method: Pick up
- After the payment is made, an order confirmation will be sent to you. (If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder)
- Wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email
- We will hold your item at our store for 5 business days; fail for pick up is subject to order cancellation/refund
- If you cannot pick up your order within 5 business days, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat
We have multiple warehouses in the United States. If the item you purchased is not available for pick up at our California warehouse, we will be able to ship it to you. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange accordingly.
